About our Ministry
Prophetic Voice Publications, an outreach of Gospel Truth Ministries, publishes and records other authors and speakers besides the ministry founder, Dr. Joseph Kostelnik. Get to know both the ministry and the ministers better by reading below!The Goal
Dr. Joseph Kostelnik founded Gospel Truth Ministries (the parent ministry of Prophetic Voice Publications) at the leading of the Lord. He envisioned a ministry that would equip other ministers to continue the work of the Kingdom of God.
Through the various books and sermons and messages he has written and preached over the last 30 years, he has done his best in cooperation with the Holy Spirit to bring this to pass.
The Faith
Gospel Truth Ministries and its publication outreach, Prophetic Voice Publications, have always used the Apostles' Creed to define their fundamental faith in God:
- I believe in God the Father, Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:
- And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord:
- Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary:
- Suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead and buried:
- He descended into hell:
- The third day he rose again from the dead:
- He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty:
- From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead:
- I believe in the Holy Spirit:
- I believe in the holy catholic (universal) church:
- The communion of saints:
- The forgiveness of sins:
- The resurrection of the body:
- And the life everlasting. Amen.
This ancient and succinct recitation of the fundamentals of the faith calls all believers together, to work in unity toward the propogation of the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Rev. Joseph Kostelnik, Ph.D.
Founder/President, Author, Speaker
Rev. Kostelnik is an anointed minister of the gospel with 30 years of experience as: pastor, Bible teacher, evangelist, missionary, author, educator and media minister.
He holds a B.A. (Point Park University), M.Div. (Asbury Seminary), D.D. (Kingsway Christian College & Theological Seminary), and Th.D., Litt.D., Ph.D. (International Seminary).
The author of over 20 books, and preacher of over 2,000 sermons, he has completed 50 short-term mission trips to 15 nations with "signs following."
Rev. Barbara A. Kostelnik, Th.M.
Vice-President, Author, Speaker
An ordained minister, Barbara holds a B.A. (Carlow College) and a Th.M. (International Seminary).
She is the author of Feminine & Free and The New Age & The Old Lie.
She has traveled extensively and served as soloist, Bible teacher, ministry assistant, and counselor for over 30 years.
She also occasionally teaches at GTM's local church, White Oak Chapel, and those audio recordings are available here.
Rev. J. Solomon Kostelnik, A.A.
Assistant Minister, Webmaster, Speaker
Solomon is the only child of Joseph and Barbara Kostelnik, is a graduate of the Prophetic Voice Institute, and has a Diploma in Practical Theology-Advanced Level and Associate of Arts in Ministerial Studies Degree from International Seminary. He is currently working toward a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education from the same school.
He has also completed the Beginners and Intermediate levels of Introduction to Biblical Hebrew, taught at Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He is ordained by and ministers at White Oak Chapel, while also teaching there (audio recordings available here) and online through email and his personal ministry website, NakarYahu.org.
Solomon serves at PVP by maintaining the website, replying to all correspondence, both via email and postal mail, and copying and mailing out the publications.
Stephanie Knipper
Speaker, Author
Stephanie has been a faithful member of GTM's church, White Oak Chapel, for many years.
She is called to be an evangelist, and occasionally ministers at the church through teaching of the Word.
In addition, she has written one Christian book, The Coming Storm.
