Our Faith in God

Gospel Truth Ministries has always used the Apostles' Creed to define its fundamental faith in God:
I believe in God the Father, Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:
And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary:
Suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead and buried:
He descended into hell:
The third day he rose again from the dead:
He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty:
From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead:
I believe in the Holy Spirit:
I believe in the holy, universal church:
The communion of saints:
The forgiveness of sins:
The resurrection of the body:
And the life everlasting. Amen.
In addition, we also hold to the truths set forth in both the Nicene and Athanasian creeds.

These Christian documents have stood the test of time and all true Christian believers, regardless of denominational affiliation, gladly subscribe to the biblical truths contained within them.

Our three ministry courses are downloaded freely and mailed in printed format across the world, to serve to ensure the student's security as a faithful believer in the Lord Jesus, to build up those believers in His Body, and to equip them for their new life in the Kingdom of God by living in power of the Spirit.

With over 23679 course registrations from students in 200 countries/territories, including all 50 of the United States, the Prophetic Voice Institute features a combined total of over 750 pages of power-packed material to disciple the new believer and take him or her to the fulness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ.

Our publications, including 20+ books (free PDF, Kindle, and print) and 4056 audio sermons/teachings (CD & MP3), also freely go out to many nations of the world, continuing to build upon the firm foundation set, which is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. The teachings serve to enlighten the hearts of those who have a desire to know Yahweh God more fully, especially in preparing for His return for His beloved people!

Living by Faith is aired as a 30-minute weekly broadcast over 1320AM, WCVG Radio (greater Cincinnati, Ohio area), and is programmed by our faithful brother, Jeff Eldred.

A past outreach included streaming our own online radio station, The GTM Radio Network, for nearly 10 years, with listeners from 122 nations!

White Oak Chapel

We host a non-denominational, Spirit-filled church in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio, White Oak Chapel, to disciple those looking for an oasis where they can worship God and receive Full-Gospel teaching with similar like-minded believers; and we encourage our members to reach out to the lost in their spheres of influence with the Good News of Jesus Christ!

While perhaps not the "average" church, we still offer many of the things found in today's modern, Christian assembly:

  • Corporate worship of God including celebration of the Lord's Supper at every service
  • In-depth teaching of the Bible and Holy Spirit-led preaching, an attended nursery for babies and toddlers and optional Sunday school for young children during Sunday services
  • Pastoral care for members such as performing marriages, funerals, and counseling.

Meet Our Ministers

We're here to serve you in the Name of the Lord Jesus!

Pastor Joe is an anointed minister of the gospel with nearly 50 years of experience as: pastor, Bible teacher, evangelist, missionary, author, educator and media minister. He has a deep love for the Greek New Testament, and references it regularly during his preaching and teaching.

He holds a B.A. (Point Park University), M.Div. (Asbury Theological Seminary), D.D. (Kingsway Christian College & Theological Seminary), and Th.D., Litt.D., Ph.D. (International Seminary).

Dr. Kostelnik is the pastor of White Oak Chapel, and is the founder and president of the Prophetic Voice Institute (and author of all three of its Diploma courses).

An author of over 20 books, and preacher of thousands of sermons, he has also completed nearly 50 short-term mission trips to 15 nations with "signs following."

Solomon has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from International Seminary, and has completed the Beginners and Intermediate levels of Introduction to Biblical Hebrew (Hebrew Union College). Solomon is also a graduate of the Prophetic Voice Institute and is the only child of Joseph and Barbara Kostelnik.

Solomon is ordained by GTM and serves there and at WOC by maintaining the websites and social media, replying to email and postal correspondence, teaching children's Sunday school when needed, setting up video broadcasts, and occasionally sharing the Word at White Oak Chapel. He also has his own website to lead others to a greater knowledge of Yahweh.

Barbara is an ordained minister, holds a B.A. (Carlow University) and a Th.M. (International Seminary), and is the wife of Pastor Joe.

She is the author of Feminine & Free and The New Age & The Old Lie.

She has traveled extensively and served as soloist, Bible teacher, ministry assistant, and counselor for nearly 50 years, and occasionally sings and teaches at White Oak Chapel.
